In addition to rent fee,Above, ¥12,000 per a person for common service fee is required monthly.
Common service fee will be ¥15,000 per person in winter season(from Nov to March).
※Electric fee, Water and gas, fuel for heater in common space, Wi-fi and daily consumables such like toilet paper or detergent and so on are offered by the common service fee.
Initial cost
The rent fee and common service fee of the month you moved in.
(The first month of these fee will be split by the number of days of the month.)
The parking fee is also required in the case you need a parking.
¥5,000 for fire insurance.(every year)
¥30,000 as a commission.
※All of the initial cost must be paid per person even the case of two or more person stay together.
