Challenge to make corn flour tortilla！!

It’s already spring and also nice time to enjoy party!
We’ve tried to make tricolor dal on 9th March.

It was a challenge and first experience to make tortillas by using corn flour.
I could understand why tortilla maker was so common in Mexico.

Corn flour was super sticky and difficult not like wheat flour I usually use to make tortilla.

Thanks for every one we’ve finally made it!

I’ve started to think about buying one tortilla maker soon.
